I was visiting one of our great customers recently and I noticed this sign sitting on their sales counter. It caused me to pause and consider how grateful I am for everything I have. What a purposeful message this is and a great reminder to all the store’s customers that without them, the business would not exist. I believe customer service is the cornerstone of all businesses and if we take the time to acknowledge why we are in business and appreciate our customers, then we find success.
