We purchase in bulk when the prices are right.

What is the purpose of the faxed order acknowledgement?
This allows the retailer to check the order placed, such as PO#, ship date, price, quantity, and availability. This helps eliminate errors on our part to ensure better shipment.

What is the cut off time to have my order put on the truck tomorrow?
We value your business so we have crews that load the trucks nightly. Because of this added benefit, you can place an order as late as 5pm Central Time for delivery on your next truck.

What is your policy at TSF on returning product?
Our policy is: as long as the product is current and in saleable shape, the product can be returned with a 25% restocking charge. Special orders and cut products are not returnable.

Can you install DuraCeramic over an in-floor heat system?
DuraCeramic can be installed over radiant-heated floors provided the floor emissions do not exceed 85 degrees F. Refer to DuraCeramic Installation Technical Guide for additional installation requirements.

Does DuraCeramic offer any trims such as bullnose or stairnose?
Congoleum's DuraCeramic products do not offer trim for stairs or backsplashes. Retailers and installation professionals have been very successful using products such as Macklanburg-Duncan metals and traditional wood trim products.

Can I put items on hold via Net xPress?
At this time, the answer is no. We do not currently have this capability to offer on our web site. We hope to be able to offer it in the near future.

Can I view the different roll sizes available when I am ordering via Net xPress
When you bring up the roll good item number you are interested in, there is an icon that looks like a roll between the total on-hand quantity and the field where you type in the quantity that you want. Click on this icon. It will bring up a new screen showing all of the roll sizes available for the pattern. You can then choose the line item for a roll choice or go back to the previous screen and type in your requested quantity.
